About Jennifer “Jenie” Wiggins

Originally from beautiful Southern New England, Jennifer Wiggins was born in Connecticut and graduated from high school and college in Western Massachusetts, where she studied Psychology at Bay Path College. She relocated to the Raleigh area in 2007 and has proudly called Rocky Mount home since 2017. Jennifer quickly fell in love with the area’s small-town charm, welcoming spirit, and genuine Southern hospitality.

Jennifer's professional journey has always been rooted in service, communication, and helping others move forward with confidence. She began her career in the human services field, working with children with special needs, and later spent ten years serving as a therapeutic mentor to children and families in specialized foster care. These experiences strengthened her ability to listen carefully, advocate for others, solve problems, and remain calm and compassionate during important life transitions.

She later transitioned into a successful sales and leadership career spanning more than 15 years. During her time with Time Warner Cable and Charter Communications, Jennifer consistently met and exceeded sales, quality assurance, and performance standards. She advanced into leadership roles where she supervised, trained, coached, and developed sales professionals, conducted interviews and team meetings, monitored performance, and helped implement systems designed to improve customer satisfaction and team success.

Jennifer also spent ten years homeschooling her children, an experience that further developed her patience, organization, creativity, and ability to explain complex information in a clear and approachable way. Today, she brings this unique combination of service, education, sales, leadership, and advocacy into every real estate relationship.

Outside of real estate, Jennifer is a devoted wife, mother of three, grandmother, and proud dog mom. She is an avid reader, a passionate foodie, and a world traveler who enjoys learning about different cultures and creating meaningful experiences with her family.
